In the days of the pirates, the main concern with Vitamin C was scurvey. Since nobody gets scurvey anymore, we have an abundance of Vitamin C to use on our skin. You can eat oranges and drink orange juice to enhance your skin, but applying it directly to your skin is the most effective method.

To do this, leave an unused orange peel out to dry. Once it has dried up, grind that skin into a powder and mix it with a tablespoon of plain yogurt to make a super skin remedy. Let it sit on your skin for 15 minutes or so and wash it off with water. You should limit this remedy to once a week in most cases.
